been playing round with a snippet of Monty in my head for a day, and I can't work out if it's brilliantly amusing, or Mary-Sue dreck of the highest order.

Or a bit of both. I guess I need to write it down and find out.

Depends on if she's trying to be. If she's trying to be... you're fucked when she creeps up behind you and slits your throat and you die before you realize you're bleeding.

Basically she's got the training of a Black Ops military scary-head.

If she's not particularly concerned with being silent then... she's not :)
