We got a smaller tree than usual this year, on the basis that the bigger one made it difficult to get past! And the smaller one was cheaper. :-)

however, the smaller tree meant we had loads of decorations left over, so we dug the (much) smaller fake tree we bought when EB was little and put that up in the dining room. :-)
