Apr. 24th, 2009 09:36 pmannoyed with myself for not booking the ultra-cheap standard advance £11 single tickets up to (and back from) Newcastle for tomorrow - they've all gone now, so I'm going to have to drive.
Dammit.
I was looking forward to a couple of hours onna train, chilling out. Now I've got a 2-hour car journey.
Still, it's just me, so I can listen to whatever I like.
Apparently the party theme for tomorrow is Hawaiian. Which is fun. It would have been nice to discover this *before* six pm today though, when I stood a chance of doing something about it - as is it's going to be a 'why yes, this *is* what I'd wear in Hawaii, thanks' themed party, ie shorts and my new dark blue linen shirt.
