Picked LB out of bed last night and twinged my back. Thought nothingn of it until this morning.
Holy crap it hurts. Painful to stand, painful to walk.
Trying heat and drugs and lying on the floor, but the problem with that is that it hurt like hell to stand up again.
Now propped up on sofa wit lots of cushions, heat pack and drugs. Oh, and season 3 of 24.
Ooh look! Sylar!
