video on crackberry

dakegrain amongst other things, I'm trying to convert DVD to a format playable on the Crackberry. Found MobiDVD, which is a free, one-click DVD converter to various formats (iPod, PSP, etc)
It works, in that it converts the DVD to a file, but I've tried a couple of options so far and neither work on the blackberry. Frustrating - it's taking 25 minutes to convert a file, only to find that it then doesn't work.
Grrr.
