Admit it though - Mostly Harmless really wasn't up to much. It's a money-making exercise (they hope) but the book might not actually be much worse than the last couple of Hitch-hiker's books

Also widely referred to as "Mostly Charmless". This was the one that Douglas felt moved to write, as opposed to "So long, and thanks for all the fish" which was a matter of contractual obligation. Consider it his "Reichenbach Falls" moment for the Hitchhiker's story.
