my internet connection keeps flaking out, so I'm going through the plusnet fault checker. Answered all their questions, and now they want to test my connection. I get this message:

plus net. They've been fine for ages, it just seems to be since I got my new PC that it's playing up. Could be a couple of things - router is on the way out, or the USB wifi dongle thing really is a piece of crap (it was dirt cheap)}
