oh yes. Chapter 11 especially was like 'whoah...'

Some of the jumping around in time and the pirate story got a bit baffling at points, but nothing a good re-read wouldn't sort out.

Yeah, my head just about exploded at the end of issue 11.

A bit of trivia: when it was new, Watchmen came out monthly... except for the last issue. Issue 12 was late. After Issue 11 came out (and it made everyone's head explode), everybody had to wait something like 2-3 months to find out how the ending played out.
