photography: Leeds
Dec. 4th, 2008 11:35 pmRemember how I said I was going to pull together a series of photos on what made up 'my Leeds'?
well, a recent thread in the Leeds Flickr group reminded me that you can view a person's contributions to the group pool.
Here then are my Leeds photos. I've posted some up here before.

comments, critiques and other thoughts welcomed.
I'm still planning on doing the photobook - I may use some of these in there, but will re-visit some of the older ones which I took with my point & shoot camera.

Date: 2008-12-04 11:47 pm (UTC)There are a core of people in the group who post to the pool and discussions regularly, as well as going along to the monthly 'click & sup' nights out where we meet for a coffee, spend an hour taking photos on a theme, then end up in the pub. I've been to four or five now and everyone has been very friendly. You see the same faces out and about in Leeds with their cameras and they'll stop to say hello.
:-)
It's a fun group.
I posted my first photo up there in September 2004, which makes me feel really old!

Just checkin'.
Btw, the photos are lovely. Especially the one of the stone lion statue at the town hall.
