having located a tape measure and ascertained my correct wrist circumference, I now can't decide which colour of RoadID I prefer

http://www.roadid.com/common/id.aspx

I've got it down to purple, red, blue or black. So, dear reader. A poll. You've got a couple of hours.

Stars forbid you ever need someone to check it, but if you did red would catch their eye best of those colours. Do you also have an ICE number in your phone by the way?

of course! Not that I usually carry my phone when out running. Perhaps I should.

Nah, phone while running is likely to be dropped. Just wondered about the phone as it's good for when you're out and about but not running.

When walking I wear dog tags, a please-for-the-love-of-several-deities-don't-give-me-morphine thingy and an anti-donor tag on a chain. But, that's just because I like their clickity clackity sounds and I read about a character who wore them. Those bands seem like a much more sensible solution especially since I am trying to get across multiple bits of info. Might get one myself. Ta for the link.

D'oh I meant a character who wore dog tags. I'm not wearing the anti-donor or no-morphine tags to copy a character.

lol, no worries.

Am now wondering exactly what/how much info I should put on.

Name (obviously)
home phone

the site says city/state, but not address. Not sure about that. And whether to put K's mobile number on.

I reckon mobile numbers which are going to be kept are just as stable as home numbers so I'd put it on. I reckon postcode but not address. Any emergency service would be able to ask you or K your house number if it was relevant and it's small enough a piece of info to not be obvious on a bangle. My 0.02.
