still, there is always the prospect of shiny parcels arriving at work tomorrow (BSG season 3 and some ubershiny noise-cancelling headphones from Amazon Vine), which makes it vaguely tolerable.
Weighed self. Meh. A week of eating healthily and going running twice has made not one iota of difference.
