so, today involved taking LB to her dancing class, eating a very large portion of my spicy egg fried rice (NOM), then painting the upstairs landing.

which was fun. EB helped, and got quite into it.

Then we had roast duck for tea. serious nommage.

LB and I were chatting this morning when she came out with this gem

LB: Daddy?
Me: yes?
LB: You've got two chins!

yes, thanks for that, dearest one. I love you too.

Good job she's cute. I admire honesty a great deal, but there are some things you just don't *need* to hear.

I had a really nice day, actually! I went with caitirin and hak42 to a Community Supported Agriculture fair, where we learned about paying a farm for fresh vegetables every week. We went to a yarn store and a bead store, and then to an awesome flatbread pizza place for lunch, which was incredibly good. I even had mushrooms on my pizza, and I LOVED them, which was totally new for me ^_^

My day was fab! Spent the morning learning about CSA (Community supported agriculture) in which you buy a share in a farm and get a basket of fresh veg and other goodies allll season!

Then visited yarn shops and bead stores and had organic local flatbread pizza :)
