hmmm. Plusnet are now doing an 'unlimited' package, for £11.99 per month for the first three months, then £15.99 thereafter. There's some traffic shaping for games/usenet/peer-to-peer, but I can live with that.

upgraded. Trouble is the new limits (or lack thereof) don't kick in until the next monthly billing cycle. I've emailed them to ask if it's possible to boost my limit for this month. We can but ask. Failing that, we'll have to watch the broadband usage carefully, and limit LB's access - she's been watching a *lot* of The Green Balloon club on the cbeebies site - K didn't realise that every time she watches a video, it downloads again.

Can you download those videos to the PC using Video Download Helper? If so, she can then watch the downloaded copy, rather than access it through the link each time.

Our LB is very cute whilst watching the videos, singing along and doing the actions and stuff. Then you realise that she's only that good because she has watched the A MILLION TIMES.

are you with sky for TV? if so you ought to look at their broadband - I pay 10 pounds a month (it's going up to 15 for new customers) for absolutely unlimited ( No Fair use policy)
