dakegrabusy day. For unknown reasons both Beans made an appearance in our bed within about 5 minutes of each other, then lasted about 30 seconds before starting to bicker.
At which point we asked them politely, to go and play somewhere else.
I looked at my watch.
It said 6:15am
30 seconds later, both Beans were back in their respective beds, having been carried there by YT.
They got up soon after, but played *relatively* quietly, for a bit.
I gave up at about seven, and got up. Fed them both, sorted out the dishwasher (too tired to do it last night), cleaned the kitchen, tidied up a bit.
The advantage of being up so bloody early is that the jobs get done. :-)
by 9:15 LB and I were perusing the aisles of Toys 'R Us, looking for a present for her friend A. K was in Wakefield with EB and grandma, looking for warm stuff for his skiing lesson.
yes, EB is learning to ski. This involves (presumably) me learning to ski at some point.
LB and I were at her friend's party at 11, and stayed until about half one, then dropped LB off at grandma's and accompanied grandpa to the local Giant Fencing Shop to buy huge quantities of gravel, timber and, erm, more timber.
Home, knackered. Fell asleep watching Grand Designs at about half four.
