dakegraK and I watched the first episode of The Mentalist tonight. Pretty good, enjoyable hokum.
Can't *quite* get the image of Alan Partridge out of my head though.
Anyhoo, seems I was mistaking it for Psych, which has a similar premise, though I've not seen it yet.
Still, good fun. Tuning in next week &c.
