If it's half as good as Homicide: Life on the Streets, I'm sold. I had the book on which Homicide was based - fantastic read. In fact it was the first book I ever bought from amazon.com - first international purchase using the interwebs. Brilliant.

If nothing else, you'll see some strong supporting cast performances and a look at Baltimore that's more real than many like to admit.
