EB is off to see Coraline in 3d this afternoon with his grandma.

I must admit that I'm a teeny bit jealous.

Though I'll be taking LB swimming, which is always fun. LB hates the cinema - too dark, too noisy.

Ah well. Coraline another day. Along with Star Trek. Wolverine, maybe on DVD.

I'm going to see Star Trek on wednesday with K's mum. Can't wait!

I wonder - have you tried taking LB to the cinema since she got her glasses? You may well find that she enjoys it a lot more now that she can see what's happening on the screen properly. I imagine it must just have been baffling and frustrating before.

no, but I think most of it was the big dark noisy room she didn't like. She *hates* carwashes, for the same (dark, noisy) reasons.
