I didn't realise who it was, and when the blurb in the Guardian said "Now we know who the killer is!" I was thinking "Um...no we don't, we just know the name of someone it might be!"
I'd tried and tried to work out who it could be, over the length of the series. Not Sam, as I'd suspected - his borderline creepy rolling on deceased Dawn's bed was more to do with him being a doggy shapeshifter. Not Jason - that's been obvious for some time. Not Amy - they wouldn't have killed her off if it had been. (I know she didn't really enter the series until several of the murders had already happened, but thought she might have been stalking Sookie before that for some reason.)
We're thoroughly enjoying it. I'm currently reading the book which is also good fun - although I think the writing for the TV is actually better. Generica's read all the books and says the plots are great. Let's hope they make them all into TV series. I know season 2 has already gone out in the States and Jason Stackhouse gets even better...

I hadn't thought of Rene!
I look forward to tomorrow's episode.
