Crikey. Have I really been doing this for seven years?

How much longer will it continue? Who knows. LJ has changed enormously over the years. Friends have been made, both virtually and in real life. People have come and gone.

It's been quite a ride. Thanks for staying with me so far. Have I mentioned how fabulous you all are lately?

I've noticed that too - quite a few of the prolific posters on my list have either gone quiet or dropped off entirely. I know my posting has gone way down since starting this new job at the end of September. I'm also conscious that I've become much worse at commenting on other journals - I'll skim my friends list and forget to comment.

Some people seem to have gone over to facebook or twitter, or both. I quite like this little corner of the internet though.
