Several people on my friends list have. I'm not sure if any of them write fanfic... but since I manage to avoid that, in general, whatever site I'm on, I'm not too worried about that angle. :-)
LJ's always had a huge amount of flouncing, and loads of people defect, only to return later. It's just part of the cycle of drama that afflicts the site on a regular basis.
Yes, and I'm not awfully keen on it. Drama is fine if I'm expecting it, which usually means I've paid to watch it. Unscheduled drama is nothing but a beastly nuisance, and I do my level best to keep it off my own LJ (with a good measure of success).
I keep it well off my own LJ, but I do love the ridiculous anger and indignation on the news posts. I confess I've been a bit trollish on those from time to time...
