Home. Tired. Watched Doctor Who.

Cor, that was rather good. Now I just need to wait for [livejournal.com profile] strange_complex to do her usual thorough analysis on it.

*waits*

ok, So we're being lead to believe that River killed the Doctor, right? It's been brewing for ages. Which means it's probably not going to be true. Unless it's a colossal double-bluff.

Oooh, Badger from Firefly. Hi.

And... that was the sort-of-TARDIS from the Logder episode, right?

Hehe - I'm done now! It's not a particularly in-depth analysis, because it isn't really possible to review part one of a two-parter until you've seen the second half. But there was some interesting stuff going on there.

I think you're right that River being inside the astronaut suit would seem too obvious. But then again, fans have rejected theories as seeming too obvious in the past, only to have them turn out to be true after all - I can't think of a specific example off the top of my head now, but it's definitely happened. So it could be a triple-bluff after all.

Yep, it did look a lot like the thing from the lodger episode...

Simon worked out he was the lawyer from BSG. Didn't make the Badger connection, though.

Also, the paradox of River being in the space suit when she's already in prison for killing the Doctor might be a bit too timey-whimey. Surely she'd remember...
