I hate to admit this is the world we live in, but you could probably sell that on eBay. You should for sure send that photo to a a few places. Our evening talk show hosts open their shows with stuff like that all the time. Very.. um... that's a very ...ambitious garden you've got there.
That could be a sensation in the local flower and produce show, you should find one and enter your gentleman carrot in it. I'll bet it gets you an "and finally..." slot on the local news.
